WILLA SKAŁA KARPACZ

The building is located on a densely wooded plot following the North-South orientation with an average fall of ca. 15% in the southern direction. From the south, the border of the plot is constituted by Skalna Street.

The building with vertical plan and the dimensions of ca. 10.5x21m was situated along the plot, with respect to the alignment marked by the buildings on neighbouring plots.

Part of the plot in front of the main entrance to the building was intended for vehicle drive and parking lots for passenger vehicles. Trees present within the plot emphasize vertical arrangement of the building. 

The building has four usable levels: 

  • basement – where, due to easy access from the level of the ground, the room for a person with disabilities with a bathroom was located, together with technical, utility and maintenance spaces and a small fitness zone with a changing room and sauna as well as sanitary cabin. Main entrance to the building is also situated at this level.
  • ground floor – with Investor’s apartment consisting of three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. What is more, a bigger living room with a fireplace,
  • first floor and attic – forming the commercial section of the facility – with its six holiday rooms for rent equipped with small sanitary cabins (toilet, shower, washbasin).
