AGP1 design studio provides comprehensive services in the field of design and supervision, supporting the Investors within the entire investment process, from preliminary design drawings to complete realization.
The studio specializes in industrial construction, building transport service objects, public utility facilities as well as residential buildings.
The scope of the offer includes among others the following activities:
- preparing the investment, including the performance of analyses and studies in such fields as: urban planning, conservator’s protection, access to utilities (water supply, sewage system, gas, electricity), transport accessibility, geotechnics, environmental protection
- developing design documentation together with acquiring administrative decisions and authorizations
- conducting tender procedures and selecting contractors
- realization and supervision over the project
- technical approval and commissioning
- investment advertising
